UO Women's Indoor Track and Field recognized at Eugene City Council

On May 22, The Eugene City Council honored the UO Women’s Indoor Track and Field team for winning their fourth consecutive NCAA national championship.  The women came back from being in 11th place to become only the second team ever (behind Louisiana State University, ‘93-‘97) to win four straight national championships. 

Coach Robert Johnson and Associate Athletic Director Vin Lananna joined the team at the recognition held during the ceremonial matters portion of the meeting.
