The university’s sponsorship committee carefully considers sponsorship requests through an annual application process. When applying, please consider the time of your application and the timing of the requested needs. Applications are accepted through February for the upcoming fiscal year (July–June), with sponsorship commitments finalized by May. If you are seeking a new sponsorship, please plan accordingly.

Please note that any new request for sponsorship from the University of Oregon must be completed at least three months prior to the event so that we can adequately evaluate the opportunity.
